Can jobs be undertaken over the weekend and Bank Holidays?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm for booking and receiving jobs. However, our typists all operate flexi-time enabling us to work hours to suit you, including evenings/weekends and bank holidays.

Do you offer an hourly rate, as if we were employing a temp from an agency?
By assessing each job individually we are able to negotiate rates that match the work accordingly, therefore if it is more beneficial to both parties to use an hourly rate then we can arrange this.

How long will you keep my jobs for as I may what to amend and reprint some work at a later stage?
Copies of client files will be held for a minimum period of 6 months, after which they will be deleted. However, if requested to do so, we will keep the work for a longer period.

How will you ensure confidentiality of my work?
As absolute confidentiality and discretion are guaranteed we will never disclose your information to any third party, unless required by law to do so. However, if you prefer, we will be happy to sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement prior to undertaking any assignment.

How will my work look consistent if you don't use the same typist each time?
Where possible, we will try to assign the same typist for all of your jobs. Please note, however all work is prepared using the same type face and will be printed on the same printer.

How will you guarantee accuracy?
All jobs are double checked by the typist as well as one of our senior members of staff. However, the final check must always be undertaken by the client, as Type U Like will not be held responsible for errors that result in loss of earnings.
